Camp Scholarships at Quarterman Ranch

Each summer many youth attend camp on a scholarship--some full scholarships, some partial--and we don’t turn youth away from camp. Many times we’ve said, “Don’t worry, we will find the money,” and then pray that God will provide. This summer during the three church-related camps, campers had the opportunity to tie-dye quilt squares that were blocked, pieced and made into a quilt which will be raffled for camp scholarships. It was lots of fun, the youth were very creative and had a great time with it and the quilt is a one-of-a-kind. It will fit a twin bed. The tickets are $5.00 each or 6 for $25.00. Make checks to Quarterman Ranch (memo--scholarships). The drawing will be held in mid- November. As one 4th grade camper told the others at primary camp, in the midst of drawing his design on the square, “Hey, do your best, let’s make lots of money, so other kids can come to camp! This place is the best!” I think that says it all. Please support Quarterman Ranch and the youth with this project.
