Quick-start for

Hello Talent provides a way to source, store, review, and share profiles of job candidates. Here’s a quick guide to getting started.

When you first log in you’ll see a screen like this:

This is a talent community. You can store candidates here or create a new community for a specific job.

Invite people to help you find candidates!  

The easiest way to add candidates to a community is with the bookmark tool.

Drag this to your bookmarks at the top of your browser

Then use your web browser to look for people anywhere online and add them with the bookmark. Click the bookmark to activate the import option

After you’ve added some profiles you’ll see that talent communities have 4 key areas

Community List Talent Profile Community Members Tags & Status

The community list shows all the candidates* that have been added to a community.

*Candidates are NOT able to see their profiles or those of others in the community.  

The Talent Profile shows social media links, contact info, documents, and more.

Tip: click to search for a candidate’s profile on a wide variety of social networks and then add it with the bookmark.

In the Community Members* section you can see who is helping you to find talent and invite more people to join.

*Community members are NOT candidates  

In the tags and status section you can Update the status of a candidate

View ratings and assign talent badges

View and add tags

Tag and note job profiles
