Quickship Terms and Policies
Left: Lumenpulse’s range of high-performance, sustainable LED solutions are designed and manufactured locally in our Montreal headquarters.
IMPORTANT
Incomplete purchase orders will cause delays in order processing and shipment.
Orders received after 4pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Quickship is only available in North America for the standard products described in this brochure. 10-day lead times are estimated from the date of processing and do not include weekends or holidays. All orders received after 4pm EST will be processed the next business day. In order to comply, a Quickship order must not exceed $50,000 USD in value. As deliveries are based on current factory loads, partial shipments may, on occasion, be required. Please note that changes of any kind to existing orders will affect lead time. Orders that include both Quickship and standard deliveries will default to the longest lead time. If the Quickship products are required within 10 days, a separate order must be processed. Credit in all Quickship orders must be pre-approved. A cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price will apply to all released orders.
