• TurnONthetabletorsmartphonebypressingthePowerbuttononthesideofdevice.

GettingStarted
YourdevicecomeswithSesameConnectpre-installedandaCustomROM(OperatingSystem).
1) PleaseaddaGoogleaccountonthedevice.YoucanaddyourexistingGoogleaccountor,ifyoudon’thaveone,youcancreateanewoneatwww.google.com
a) ToaddyourGoogleaccounttothedevice:
i) OpenyourdeviceSETTINGSapp ii) Under“Personal”,tapAccounts>Addaccount>
GoogleandenteryourGoogleaccountdata
2) Mounting:BeforeusingSesameConnect,pleasemakesurethedeviceissecurelyheldinusingasturdyandsteadymount.YoumighthavebeenprovidedwithaRehadaptBamboomount.WerecommendusingtheBamboomountswhicharelightweight,versatileandsturdy.ThequalityofthemountdirectlyaffectstheSesameConnectexperience;therefore,asuitablemountshouldbepicked.

Pleasemakesurethatyourmountisnotpressingonthephoneortablet’spowerand/orvolumebuttons.Ifthemountistouchingoneofthesebuttons,pleaseadjustaccordingly.
3) PositioningtheDevice:
● Positionthedeviceintheholderinfrontoftheuser,sotheusercanseethedevice’sdisplay.ThedeviceshouldbeinreachoftheBluetoothmouseorwheelchairjoystick.
● IfyouareconnectingamouseorwheelchairjoystickwithanUSBcable,pleaseverifythelengthofthecable.
4) WhenusingaBluetoothmouseorwheelchairjoystick,pleasemakesurethatthe
BluetoothoptionisactivatedindeviceSettings.IfaBluetoothmousewasincludedwithyourSesameConnect,themousehasbeenalreadypairedwithyourdevice.Ifyouareusingadifferentmouseorawheelchairjoystick,you’llneedtopair/connectthemwithyourdevicebeforeyoucanstartusingSesameConnect.
5) Assoonasyouhaveturnedonthetabletorsmartphoneandthemouseorwheelchairjoystickhavebeenconnected/pairedwithyourdevice,youcanstartusingSesameConnectbymovingthemouseorjoystick.
a) You’llseeacursorondevice’sdisplaythatiscontrolledbythemouseorjoystickmovements.
b) Assoonasyoustopmovingthemouseorjoystick,thecursoronthedisplaywillconvertdisplayingtheActionSelectionMenutotap,swipe,cancelorselectadditionaloptions.Movethemouseorjoysticktothedesiredoptionandholdbrieflyuntiltheselectionhasbeencompleted.
