Adding ImageTrust ITH to your box account

• Select and follow this link Scan with Box + ITH, or follow theses steps:(Following this link starts you at page 5)

1. Right-Click on the Actions- Select More Actions- Select + Add Applications

1. Click on your User Name- Select Apps

2. The box App Store will be displayed - Select either:

- Content Management, - Editing, - Previewing, - Scanning, - Windows, - Web, - Desktop

3. Find Box+ITH and select it

Scanning with Box + ITHFollow these simple steps to start scanning with ITH

1. Right-Click on the Actions Icon- You can also right-click on the

desired document folder

2. Select More Actions

3. Select Scan with Box + ITH

4. Select the appropriate Scan Profile

(Create or Edit)

Scanning with Box + ITHAfter following the previous steps, the ImageTrust ITH scan client will open

Scanning with Box + ITHWhile scanning, ITH displays a PREVIEW window, displaying the documents as they are being scanned. This is to help ensure quality and to take action on any issues noticed.

Scanning with Box + ITHWhen finished scanning, you will be prompted to either place more documents in the scanner or select FINISHED

7. Put more documents in the scanner feeder and select SCAN

Importing Documents with Box + ITHIf a SCAN PROFILE is set to FOLDER. Selecting SCAN will cause the following

1. The IMPORT FILES window will be displayed

2. Select “Select files to import . . . “

3. - Browse to the Folder to be imported- Highlight the Files to be imported- Select OPEN or Drag and Drop files into

the IMPORT FILES window

4. - The selected documents will be prepared to be imported.

- When all are at 100%, select Import

Scanning and Importing Documents with Box + ITHWhile scanning documents, adding files to a document or batch is a unique feature of ITH

1. With the ITH Scan Client open:- Open your Windows Explorer- Browse to the folder with the desired files- Highlight the desired files

2. DRAG and DROP the files to the desired location.

This could be between pages in a document or documents in a batch

3. - The selected documents will be prepared to be imported.

- When all are at 100%, select Import

Creating a Document BreakNew documents are created in several ways; detecting a barcode, a blank page, by page count or any document type that is defined to trigger a break. Document breaks can also be created manually by the methods shown here.

Menu option•Select the page that will be the first page in the new document. •Right Click•Select Split document

Scissor Icon•Place your mouse pointer where the document break is required. • A Scissor icon will appear. •Click the mouse

Inspect, Move, Rotate, Replace Pages

Inspect PageFrom either the TREE VIEW or BATCH OVERVIEW –

•Hover the mouse pointer over a document,

•A magnifying glass icon will appear.

•Hover over the icon and the document will fly out for closer inspection

Move Page• Select page, hold left mouse button down• Drag page to desired location

Rotate Page• Select page, hold left mouse button down• Right click and select desired rotation direction

Replace Page• Select page(s) to be replaced• Select the Scan icon• Select Scan and replace pages

Page(s) that are scanned or imported will replace the selected highlighted page(s)
