Quattro membership is a new and exciting club providing unlimited cosmetic repairs.

For up to five years, Quattro membership will ensure you are safe in the knowledge that a range of minor damage to your car’s body panels, bumpers, interior trim, windscreen and wheels will be repaired without the need to claim on comprehensive insurance and without the need to pay the hefty insurance excess fees.

Our team of trained technicians use the latest technology to repair pressure dents in body panels, surface marks and scuffs and even cracks in plastic body parts including bumpers and side mirror casings. We have the expertise to repair scuffs on alloy wheels and plastic hub caps, as well as repairs to stone chips on panels and windscreens.

Our mobile repair team come to you within 30 days.

Wheels can be damaged by gutters, other cars and trolleys. With Quattro, your membership will provide repairs to alloy wheels and also plastic hub caps to keep them looking new.

Stone chips in windscreens are unsightly and dangerous. With Quattro, stone chips and stars can be repaired, keeping the windscreen fresh, clear of imperfections and your eyes clearly on the road.

Car interiors can’t be protected from damage such as rips and tears. With Quattro, our members receive a range of repairs. Vinyl, leather, fabric seat and door trims and even dashboard vinyl cracks are repaired using the latest technology.

The bonnet and the boot, together with doors, guards and the roof are often in need of maintenance or repair to keep your car looking great. Additionally, plastic bumpers, body kits and door bump strips are all part of the membership repair program. Chips, cracks and splits can be repaired and re-painted to bring the area back to factory specifications.

WHAT is COVERED?

VINYL, LEATHER & FABRIC SEATSCosmetic repair of a hole, scratch or a tear in a seat, provided the damage is no greater than 50mm in length and 5mm in width and not on the seam or stitching.

PANEL SURFACE MARKSCosmetic repair and removal of surface marks covering 2 panels, provided they haven’t cut through the clear coating of the surface.

SIDE MIRRORS CASINGSRepair of surface marks, scrapes and cracks, colour match and repaint of one side mirror casing.

DENT REMOVALRepair of up to 2 dents on a single panel, provided each dent is no larger than 100mm in diameter.

ALLOY WHEELS / HUB CAPSRepair and repaint gutter scrapes and surface marks to an alloy wheel or up to two hubcaps.

BUMPER BARS Repair, colour match and paint any surface marks, scuffs, scrapes or dents on any one bumper bar up to 40cm in length and 2cm in depth.

STONE CHIPSCosmetic repair of up to 20 stone chips to a maximum size of 3mm in diameter per chip.

INTERIOR TRIM & DASHBOARDCosmetic repair and re-colour of nonstructural damage to the interior of the vehicle and damage caused by phone installation holes and scratched and worn leather trim provided damage is no longer than 50mm.

BODY KITS Side Skirts, Spoilers and Door Bump Strips are repairable under this membership for surface marks, scuffs, scrapes or cuts up to 300mm long and 100mm wide per repair callout.

WINDSCREENSRepair of up to 2 stone chips on front windscreen. Maximum size of each stone chip is 3mm in diameter.

Mobile repairs are at a fixed rate of $55.00 per repair, with unlimited repair visits for the term of the membership. Repairs occur within 30 days. For each ‘damage type’ we repair, the Fixed Fee will be payable by the member. All repairs listed in the ‘What’s Covered’ section exclude replacement parts and trimmings. Any repairs that are not serviceable by the mobile van technicians are not covered in the Quattro membership.

SURFACE MARKS

WHEELSIf you’ve ever misjudged a car park and come off second best, leaving either your front or rear bumper or side mirror casing scraped or scuffed, you need Quattro membership. With latest cosmetic repair technology, our team can re-shape plastic bumpers, repair minor damage and even repaint the affected area of your vehicle to bring your car’s look back to its original state.

Minor damage to alloy wheels and plastic hub caps on most cars can be repaired to bring them back to life. Quattro technology allows our repairers to clean, repair and re-paint the affected area on a wide range of wheels and hub caps.

chipsStone chips are an often overlooked area of car care where the paint across the front of the car is pitted with little white chips that can eventually lead to surface rust or peeling lacquer. With Quattro, our team of repairers can remedy stone chips to bring a fresh look to your car, while also preventing ongoing problems with paint and metal work.

windscreensLike chips in paintwork, damage to windscreens is not only unsightly, but it can lead to further problems, and be very dangerous. With Quattro membership, you’re eligible to have up to 2 stone chips (or stars) with a maximum diameter of 3mm repaired to ensure better vision, protection and safety.

Car interiors are susceptible to a range of damage with people and goods going in and out of your car every day. Something as simple as a pen can cause terrible damage to a seat, not to mention cigarette burns and more. Rips and tears in dashboards, door trims and even seats can be remedied with Quattro technology.

The Assessment Measuring Guide and Dent Assessor will assist you in assessing small area repairs. Place near to the damaged section. If the entire damage fits within the measurement guides, it may be repaired with small to medium accident repair technology. Any repairs that are not serviceable by the mobile van technicians are not covered in the Quattro membership.

INTERIOR TRIM & DASHBOARD Repairs of damage to:• wood grain; • instrumentation panel; • headliner; • plastic or leather around gear shifter; • pedals; and • steering wheel.

SMART DENT REMOVAL Repairs where:• the paint surface has been damaged; • there is no suitable access to the rear of the dent; and• the dent is on a style line or fold.

BUMPER BARS Repair of:• lights; • chrome detailing;• internal structural damage; and • damage to metal bumper bars.

STONE CHIPS Repair of: • stone chips larger than 3mm in diameter; and• stone chips on vehicles that have 3 layer pearl paint work.

PANEL SURFACE SCRATCHES• Repair of any deep scratched that have cut through the

clear coating of the surface.ALLOY WHEELS / HUB CAPSRepair:• of structural damage to the wheel; and• to machine, chrome finished and powder coated wheels.

SIDE MIRRORS CASINGS Repair of:• chrome coloured mirror casings;• structural damage; and indicator lenses.

VEHICLE MOULDINGSRepair of:• non colour coded vehicle mouldings; chrome mouldings;

and• structural damage to colour coded mouldings.

CHANGES TO MANUFACTURER• Repair of any part of the vehicle that has been changed

from genuine manufacturer equipment.

EXTERIOR PAINTWORKRepair of damage to any area of the vehicle which has:• Special Effect paintwork; and• Illusion colour paintwork.

‘ADDITIONAL REPAIRS’ means any repairs, not including the Repairs, nominated by Quattro from time to time, which are available to you at a discounted fee, as determined by Quattro (in its absolute discretion).‘COMMENCEMENT DATE’ means the date referred to in paragraph 2.‘DRIVER HOME ADDRESS’ means the address where the principle driver resides. ‘EXPIRY DATE’ means the date referred to in paragraph 2.‘FIXED FEE’ means the service fee of $55.00 incl. GST per Repair.‘MEMBERSHIP’ means membership of the Program.‘MEMBERSHIP FEE’ means the non-refundable administration fee which is payable to become a member of the Program. ‘MEMBERSHIP TERM’ means the period from the Commencement Date until the Expiry Date or earlier termination of the Membership. ‘PROGRAM’ means the program regulated by these terms and conditions and classified by Quattro as the program under which Repairs are provided by Quattro to a member’s Vehicle for the Fixed fee. ‘QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE’ means the brochure described as the Qu4ttro quick reference guide on Quattro’s website from time to time.‘REPAIRS’ means those repairs described in the Quick Reference Guide under the heading “what’s covered” which, for the avoidance of doubt specifically exclude those repairs described in the Quick Reference Guide under the heading “what’s not covered”. ‘SERVICE AREA’ means the areas designated as service areas by Quattro from time to time, which includes the Driver home address, or other address as agreed between you and us, but does not include areas which are considered inaccessible in the opinion of Quattro. ‘SERVICE TIMES’ means 9am to 4pm weekdays or such other times as advised by Quattro from time to time. ‘QUATTRO’, ‘QU4TTRO, ‘WE’, ‘US’, ‘OUR’, ‘the service provider’ means the company owned and operated by WorldMark Pty Ltd ABN 18 009 129 793, and its officers, employees, agents and contractors. ‘VEHICLE’ means the registered motor vehicle shown on your current membership card.

MEMBERSHIP(1) Quattro may, in its absolute discretion, within 21 days of your application for Membership, refuse your

application. In which case, the Membership fee and any other monies received by us in respect of your application will be returned to you.

(2) In the event your application is not refused within 21 days of the date of the application, then your Membership commences on the date of the application (Commencement Date) and expires on the date that is 36 or 60 months from the Commencement Date (depending on the selected term of the Membership in the application) (Expiry Date).

(3) Quattro may cancel or suspend the Membership if: i) we believe, in our absolute discretion, you are acting in a threatening or abusive manner towards us; or ii) you owe us money, which money has been outstanding for no less than 14 days.

REPAIRS(4) In consideration of payment of the Membership fee, you are entitled to Repairs to your Vehicle within

the Service areas and Service times for the Fixed fee during the Membership term.(5) You may also be entitled to Additional Repairs at a discounted fee, on terms and conditions prescribed

by Quattro (in its absolute discretion) from time to time.(6) In the event you require a Repair, you must contact Quattro on 1300 946 677 (Request). There are

no limits to the number of times you can obtain a Repair. To ensure the quality of our services, your Request may be monitored and recorded.

(7) You are entitled to: i) Repairs on and from the date that is 21 days from the Commencement Date of your Membership; and ii) one Repair which existed prior to the Commencement Date. (8) Your Request will be passed to a Quattro technician who will determine whether or not the Requested

repair is a Repair within the meaning of this Program, which determination is final and binding.(9) The Repair will be performed at a time and location agreed between us and you (which must be within

the Service areas and the Service times) and will be completed: i) in cases where the Vehicle is located within the greater metropolitan area, within 14 days of your Request; and ii) in cases where the Vehicle is located outside the greater metropolitan area, within 21 days of your Request.(10) In the event a Repair cannot be performed by a Quattro mobile technician, your Vehicle must be

delivered to a designated repair centre as advised by Quattro.

(11) Quattro may refuse to carry out a Repair if: i) your Vehicle is unattended when the Quattro technician arrives; ii) your Vehicle is not within the Service areas; iii) there is no power access to your Vehicle; iv) you do not provide a suitable repair area, which area must have not less than a 2 metre clearance from the Repair and a 5 metre clearance from the next closest vehicle; or v) Quattro is prevented from carrying out the Repair for any reason whatsoever.(12) You must pay the Fixed fee for the Repair by credit card, unless an alternative form of payment

has been agreed by Quattro.(13) The Fixed fee will not increase during your Membership term.

NOMINATED VEHICLE(14) Repairs will only be provided to the vehicle nominated in your application for Membership

(Nominated Vehicle). If during the Membership term you change your Nominated Vehicle, you must notify us as soon as possible so that the benefits can be transferred to the new nominated vehicle.

(15) To transfer the benefits under the Program you must: i) pay a transfer fee of $15; ii) not have previously transferred the benefits under the Program to another vehicle during the Membership term; and iii) ensure that the new nominated vehicle is of equal or younger age than the Nominated Vehicle.

LIABILITY(16) Our employees and contractors will use reasonable skill and care when providing the Repairs,

however, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit) incurred by you as a result of our acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of agents, employees or contractors acting on our behalf.

GENERAL(17) Each provision in these terms and conditions may be separated from each other provision. If at any time any provision is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect any of the other provisions. (18) If we delay, or fail to rely, on any right under this agreement, we may rely on that right later.

The laws of Victoria will apply to this contract. You and Quattro submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria.

WARRANTY (19) We take pride in our workmanship and guarantee that repairs performed under this Program will

be free from defects for a period of 3 years from the date of the Repair, not including minor faults or defects or faults or defects caused or contributed to by the negligent or inadvertent act or omission of the Member.

(20) You have certain statutory rights under consumer protection and trade practices laws that cannot be excluded. Except for such rights, all other conditions or warranties implied at law are excluded.

CUSTOMER CARE (21) If you have used our services and are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please

bring your complaint to our attention within 28 days of becoming aware of it. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please write to us at:
