DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

As-built sanitary plans shall be submitted and certified by the QP. As built plan shall show point of connection and sewer setback.

Schematic sanitary drawing shall be provided for high rise building.

Detailed Plan Clearance for Sanitary Works.

As-built M&E drawings endorsed by the PE who obtained the Detailed Plan Clearance for M&E Works.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED Post-Construction CCTV report and video of the existing

public sewers within or adjacent to the development boundary.

CCTV report and video for existing sewer connection to the public sewer for a development which reuses sewer connection.

The form PUB-BPU-COMPOFWORK for PUB clearance for TOP/CSC shall be submitted in full including M&E work (if applicable) by the same QP/PE listed in the DP Clearance (for both Sanitary Works and M&E Works). However the declaration for each work should be done by the PE responsible for the work. For example, PE (Mechanical) who is responsible for the ejector system should declare under section A2 of the form, but the form should be submitted by the QP listed in the DP Clearance (Sanitary Works).

Please be reminded that the Submitted plans shall follow the colour convention as in Singapore Standard CP83: Code of Practice for Construction computer aided design (CAD)
