This outcome report will provide an independent view on the GAP’s that exist in the Sales landscape and the elements that affect Sales effectiveness e.g. Sales management, Forecasting, Sales qualification, Sales approach etc.
This outcome report will highlight the extent of the GAP’s and give insight on how to address and solve the GAP as well as order of priority.
It covers both a financial review and a strategy , structure and process review.

There will be x session's booked with information
needed. These will be pre booked and a prep mail sent ahead of time
where needed.
Post each session we will do analysis, assess the
GAP’s and document our findings with
recommendations to correct
A report in the form of a presentation with
findings divided into the area’s of the scope will be
provided.

Notes:
For scope item SH2 (strategy) it is recommended all execs join to
give their view on strategy (there will be 2 sessions booked for
this).
Some area’s of analysis will require multiple session’s
A preparation mail will be sent ahead of time for all information needed for a session e.g. Sales
Pipeline, Sample proposal’s
The order of analysis is key and all sessions will be pre booked.
We use a presentation format, so that the findings can be used and
re-presented where needed.
