Comparison of another magazine
Comparisonof front covers
• From the Nme front cover we can see that the artist on the front cover seems to be covering his mouth and showing his tattoos off to the audience.
• The names of the magazines are clearly identified at the top of the magazine (masthead)
Poses
• The artist on the nme front cover Chipmunk has a covering of the mouth pose like he is thinking
• The artist I have has a praying or begging stance which would appeal to the audience as he is looking quite humble
• Both of the artists are not smiling as they show that there is a seriousness to what they are doing
Sell lines
• There are a limited amount of sell lines on the front cover of Nme so that the audience do not focus on the sell lines but only on the main image of the artist chipmunk
• There are quite a lot of sell lines on my front cover which is to attract attention to what is in the magazine rather than the image in itself

• Unlike the rwd page my magazine included a editorial which consisted of a signature and a message to the readers which is a very personal note to the audience

• The double page spreads both differ from each other as one of them selects the option of using a newspaper style address to the audience
• The images are very similar as they both are staring straight at the camera.
• The article also has a unique caption that draws the audiences in to read the magazine.
