Confirming bookings; All bookings are held in good faith tothe arrival and departure date listed in the reservation, at therate specified. To confirm reservations, either current validcredit card details or a cash deposit equal to the first night'saccommodation 10 days prior to arrival are required. Variationsto this may apply during peak periods at the property's absolutediscretion.

Cancellations; A cancellation fee of one night's accommodationwill apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time.If no arrival time is specified, 10pm of that day will be deemed thearrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged tothe credit card details provided for confirmation, or deductedfrom the reservation deposit. Any property may at their absolutediscretion alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings,and advise in writing, the terms and conditions that will apply(e.g. to group bookings or for peak period reservations).

Checking in; Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign astandard Quest registration form, and accept the terms andconditions therein for his/her stay. Check-in time is 2pm unlessotherwise arranged with property.

Payment; Quest Chermside accepts all major credit cards.On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for youraccommodation amount may be required. All credit cardpayments will attract an additional charge 1.5% of the totalinvoice. If paying in cash, a room security bond will be requiredupon arrival. Although a minimum of the first night’saccommodation is typically required, this amount may varyfrom property to property. Please check with reception at thetime of check-in. Cheques are not accepted as payment foraccommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 daysprior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit. Please check with theproperty before sending a cheque.
