This profile provides an insight into the health of the patients served by Queen Square Integrated Care Community team (ICC). The profile is designed to assist the Health and Care economy understand the health needs of the community it serves and enable collaborative working, to improve people’s health and reduce health inequalities.

2. Deprivation
14% of Queen Square ICC's registered patients reside in the 20% most deprived area, nationally, this is below the proportion (18%) of Morecambe
Bay registered patients residing in 20% most deprived areas.
21% of the five Lancaster ICC's registered patients reside in the 20% least deprived areas, nationally, this is significantly higher than the proportion
(16%) of Morecambe Bay registered patients residing in 20% most deprived areas.

3. Population projections
ICC population projections presented in table 2 are based on the percentage change in the district where majority of the patients reside.
Based on the population projection for Lancaster district, Queen Square ICC's registered patients are projected to increase from 14,040 in 2017 to 14,975 in 2039.
