Your laminate flooring is guaranteed not to wear through or stain throughout your warranty. This guarantee is applicable only to the original purchaser of this product and ensures replacement or a refund of the original purchase price of the material only; labor costs will not be covered in either case. This guarantee covers the refund or replacement of only the flooring that is damaged.

No claims will be considered for any other problems such as, but not limited to, chipping, warping, bridging, scratches, squeaking, colour or gloss difference or water and moisture damage. Claims will only be considered if the wear or stain is larger than one square inch. Your warranty (replacement or refund) is pro-rated based on the expired life of the warranty.

Votre plancher lamellé est garanti à vie contre l’usure et les taches. Cette garantie n’est applicable que pour l’acheteur original du produit et n’assure que le remplacement, ou le remboursement, du matériel endommagé. Une demande de réclamation ne sera prise en considération que si une usure excessive, ou une tache, de plus d’un (1) pouce carré est en cause.

L’application de la garantie, que ce soit pour un remboursement ou un remplacement de matériel, est en fonction du calcul proportionnel de la durée de vie de la dite garantie.
