Queb is a competence network for innovative employer branding .As a collaboration of renowned companies (currently more than 40 members), this professional association consolidates the relevant expertise for successful, long-term HR marketing and offers companies a central platform to share their experiences.
Founded in 2001, the group worked until 2010 under the name: dapm – The HR marketing working group. In this age of an ever increasing shortage of experts, employer branding is becoming increasingly important. Queb is a proven expert and is committed to active, consistently high-quality HR marketing and recruitment.

Definition
Employer branding aims to transform perceptions of an employer to create a distinguishable, authentic, credible, consistent and attractive employer brand, which in turn makes a positive contribution to the company brand.
Quality: By embedding the brand in the employer's CI, we implement this task in the long term, free of contradictions, with a large internal loyalty effect and thus a high level of quality.
HR marketing aims to find and contact the target applicant group, to interest and delight them in the company, to retain them, and motivate them to submit their applications.
Quality: This task achieves a high level of quality when the dialog processes are focused and employees from the departments are involved as authentic agents.
Recruitment aims to fill open positions at a company with qualified, motivated candidates.
Quality: The "fit" of the talents with the employer identity is a primary factor in recruitment success. Thelong-term success of recruitment is increased through a high level of transparency in employer identity.
