Ethics definition through Quran

Ethics is defined as a set of moral principles that distinguish what is right from wrong, and in an Islamic context, the Qur'anic term khuluq is closest to it. Also, some other terms referenced from Qur'an describing the concept of good are khayr (goodness), birr (righteousness), qist (equity), and 'adl (equilibrium and justice).

Islamic ethical system-1) Quran support freedom of life one one's faith

2) Profit maximization but through ethical outcome of trade.

3) Your income and profit should be use in various social and economic class.

Five axioms of Quran-

1) Unity(related to concept of one god)

2) Equilibrium(related to justice)

3) Freewill(man has granted his own steer)

4) Responsibility(accountability for action)

5) benevolence

Quran various role in business ethics

Quran talk about bribery, transparency ,labor treatment ,promises for be a good human being.

At CSR-

1) Stakeholders(who represent the people that affected by group)

2) Natural environment(maintain natural equity, public safety, waste management

3) General social welfare(in society do work for them ,donate his some earnings ,make happy

Individual responsibilityQuran teaches key business principles that you should be obliged to

follow responsibility and accountability .these include honesty, truth fullness ,keeping your word, loving god more then trade, being humble dealing justly.

one ayah by Mohammed Saab-the merchants will be raised on the day of resurrection as evil except who fear to god ,are honest ,and speak truth .

So we see that Quran represent as management book that is good for managers by his Islamic code of conduct and practical perspective.
