Healthy Habits Program Our healthy lifestyles education

curriculum focuses on incorporating healthy living and food choices into our families’ daily lives.

The goal is to help motivate them to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The belief is that the earlier in life these measures are taken, the greater the benefit to individuals who are at risk for obesity.
