information, click on the Program Registration Form. Once your program registration is approved, you will then receive a username and password.

QMAP Pilot ProjectsQMAP Pilot Projects MPM is conducting two QMAP pilot projects,

starting in February, 2010. MPM will support and guide 20 mentoring programs through the QMAP process during each pilot phase.

We invite your program to be one of the first youth mentoring programs to participate in this process to test the tool, evaluate your program quality, and help create benchmarks.

● Participating program must be a Minnesota program

● Participating program must be in operation for at least two years

● Participating program must be actively working with at least 20 matches

● Participating program must be a youth-to-adult mentoring program

Once you are registered and have your organization’s login information, contact Polly Roach ([email protected]) to indicate your interest in participating in a QMAP Pilot.

Once approved for the pilot, you will be able to access the QMAP after you login on the Program Login page.
