The new 4-jaw compensating centring vice presents itself as the ideal complement to the proven Makro•Grip® centring vices. Where-

as the Makro•Grip® 5-axis and Precision vices operate in a clamping range of 0-355 mm, the compensating 4-jaw centring vice is able

to securely clamp workpiece up to a size of 630 mm.

Ino•Flex® – Geometrically irregular cast part clamped with gripping jaws. Thanks to the compensation principle all 4 jaws clamp the part simultaneously.

Ino•Flex® – Clamping a round part with adjusted softtop jaws. Also finished parts can be evenly clamped with4 jaws.

Ino•Flex® Compensating 4-Jaw Centring Vice – Reaching new dimensions!

Functional principle:

In a conventional chuck, all drive parts move in the same direction around the centre – either towards or away from the centre.

The drive of the Ino•Flex® 4-Jaw Vice (concentric compensation) moves towards or apart on two parallel axes. Compensation

is provided by connecting the diametrically arranged slides with levers or a sliding gate-type gear.
