Solution

• NetQuality Analyzer is a simple, low-cost appliance that installs transparently in remote offices without the assistance of technical staff.

• Uses DHCP to get local address and DNS server information

• Uses secure HTTP to get updated instructions and update data on your private page at QoS Solutions web site

• No inbound connections or tunnels!• Zero to Minimal IT involvement!


Data Collected• Bandwidth (optional)

– Available bandwidth based on periodic 10 second bursts in each direction

– Simulate VOIP Call with 20 second UDP test showing dropped packets, out of order packets and jitter!

• User choice of 21 TOS Settings • Route Data to target system of your choice

– Number of Hops– Hop Changes

• Web Data– Speed of download to remote of Web page of your choosing

• Includes DNS lookup time, Server “Think-Time”, Transfer Time• Application Service Response Time

– Measures response time of the actual application service, not just whether the network interface is up!
