Your LocalCremorneCremorne saw an 11% growth across all apartment and townhouses this quarter, with three bedroom apartments showing a 19% increase in prices when compared to the third quarter. One bedroom prices saw almost no variation from the previous quarter, despite there being less properties offered. Two bedroom apartments saw a 12% drop in the average price for the quarter. Interestingly, the Lower North Shore as a whole had substantial growth of 11% compared to the overall decrease of 0.3% in the greater Sydney area for apartments, which is a great indication for the New Year that the Lower North Shore will continue to perform.

In the fourth quarter of 2015 (October to December), there were a total of 54 apartments/townhouses sold in Cremorne, with an average selling price of $1,063,440. When you compare it to the third quarter of 2015, which had an average selling price of $945,212, this indicates a marked increase of $118,228.

The New Year brings new opportunities and new resolutions for many in the property market.
