5. ACCOMMODATIONSUN DECK

There is a large sunbathing area forward and intimate seat for two and a large

settee that is sheltered from the sun if preferred. Next to the bar is a bbq and central

to the deck is a heated Jacuzzi. There is an awning over the large round table that

completes this beautiful dining and relaxation area. Aft is an exercise area with a

Techno Gym Running Machine and Techno Gym Elliptical trainer, weights bench,

bow flex weights, yoga mats, boxing equipment and resistance bands.

OWNER’S DECK

The spectacular Owner’s Suite with office, two walk in wardrobes and newly fitted

(2016) bathroom en-suite runs the entire width of the upper deck. The King-size

double bed faces aft and 2 separate sliding aft doors to reveal a view out to a large

outdoor area with a bar, curved settee and coffee tables.

The Owner’s deck has a large oval table where all guests can sit together for a

slightly more formal alfresco meal. Aft is a plush black and white settee across the

full beam of the vessel.

Forward is the Wheelhouse with a radio room, ship’s office and pantry to port.

The Captain’s Cabin is aft of the wheelhouse. Wing controls to port and starboard.

Seating area with table forward of the wheelhouse with unobtrusive views.

MAIN DECK

The elegant Saloon with fabric panelling, large leather settee, themed artwork

and state of the art B&O television is the perfect blend of taste, comfort and style.

Forward of the saloon you will find the formal Dining Room where 12 guests can be

comfortably seated. Sliding doors forward and aft allow for the option to close for

private occasions or leave open to maintain a beautiful interior flow.

On the Main Deck are two spacious VIP staterooms with Queen-size beds and large

screen B&O televisions. Each cabin has a large wardrobe area and newly refitted

en-suite bathroom (2016). There is a day powder room toward to starboard of the

hallway. The Galley and Pantry are on the port side.

LOWER DECK

The lower deck has four Guest Cabins, one queen bed with bathroom en-suite and

three twins (one with bathroom en-suite and two with shower en-suite).

Crew Quarters forward including crew mess, laundry room and five twin cabins.

Aft is the Engine Room with a control room and access to the Garage, which has

an easy walk down from the aft deck. The garage door turns into a comfortable

“beach”.

The garage was modified to include a steam room, shower and toilet during the

refit in 2013.

BEACH CLUB

During the refit in 2013 the forward end of the garage was modified to include

Bisazza Steam Bath and Shower and marble bathroom. The main garage area is

used to store the large selection of water toys.

13. COMMENTSQM OF LONDON is a fine example of the successful Golden Bay series from the

Benetti yard. Her hull number is FB 221. The owner’s suite and “private” deck on

the upper deck plus the two VIP cabins on the main deck give QM OF LONDON

a unique layout. This plus the Terence Disdale interior provides a perfect balance.

After the yacht received her first major refit in 2006 it was extensively refitted in the

beginning of 2013. Since then QM has been systematically rebuilt over the last three

winters with the final works being done early in 2017 bringing her into “Like New”

condition.
