1:00 p.m. — SuccessFactors

2:30 a.m. — Afternoon Break

Improve results with better business execution.

A gap exists between strategy and performance. Most strategies deliver only 63 percent of their potential financial value.

The obstacles that limit strategy occur at the point where people execute it — inadequate performance monitoring, poor communication and collaboration, actions that are not clearly defined, and blurred accountability.

Qsource will share how using SuccessFactors has helped track and improve business through:

• Performance Appraisal System• Employee Profiles• Compensation Module

2:45 p.m. — Miscellaneous Agenda Items for Discussion

4:30 p.m. — End of Day 2

We asked participants to submit topics they would want to discuss or learn more about. The following were the most frequently requested:

Flexible Spending Accounts• In 2013, under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are be limited to a maximum contribution of $2,500 per health plan year. Why did the ACA institute a maximum amount for FSAs when prior to 2013 limits were set by employers? We’ll discuss the answer to this and how it affects employees and your company.

Healthcare Reform• As QIOs, we may not perform surgeries

or examine patients, but everything we do is dictated by established national policies that healthcare providers must follow. We’ll discuss how the ACA affects our work, our employees and the future of the QIO program.
