Document Verification :

This process is time - taking as the verifying team takes a lot of time in checking

whether the documents are original, correct and if all the documents are there or

not. Applicants are also asked to get some of the documents xeroxed which

causes inconvenience to the applicant.

Counselling :

The counselling is never held on time , which becomes very tedious for the

applicants who after a long process of admission have to wait for hours .The

applicants even do not get the course of their choice and the counsellors never

give full information.

Agreement Form :

There are long queues while taking the agreement forms .The applicants are

supposed to get the agreement form signed by their father which makes it difficult

for the applicant, when during the admission they are guided by any one of their

guardian but not father. The administration of the University does not accept their

form and makes it compulsory for the applicants to come with their father on the

reporting day just to sign the agreement form.

teacher and the applicant in room number

Medical Examination – The applicant will be

examined by the University Doctors, in room

numbers L-11 and L-12

to summit the filled agreement form

in room no. T-21 with applicant’s and

their father’s signature at the bottom of

each page.

Applicant’s are supposed to get their

filled agreement form signed by the

Admission Officer in room no. L-22

Applicant should collect the Fee Bill

from the room no. L-23

computer in their

room, mention it

in the Fee Bill.

charges.

Deposit the fees with the mentioned

amount in the Fee Bill in room no. L-24

Summit all forms in room no. C-21,

then the applicants will be allotted

their hostels.

The applicant has to report in

Vani Mandir on the allotted

date.
