Course OverviewLifetime's QCF Level 3 Diploma in Early Learning & Childcare is a nationally recognised qualification based on national occupational standards.

You'll complete a blend of workplace activity and online learning to gain the key competence, skills and knowledge for working with children across a variety of care settings.

How am I taught and assessed?We'll support your learning journey with workplace visits and coaching from one of our expert trainers, and provide access to an online social learning community where you can access learning resources, videos and webinars, as well as engage with other learners online.

You'll be assessed throughout your programme through a combination of workbook completions, online learning, one-to-one knowledge reviews and workplace assignments.

*You’ll need to be able to work or volunteer in a child care role in order to complete this qualification.

Aged 24+? Fund the full cost of your course with a loanIf you are 24 or over and have been living in the UK for at least the last three years, it’s highly likely you will be eligible for financial support to complete your Level 3 Diploma in Early Learning & Childcare.

There are no credit checks and applications are not dependent on your household income. Plus you do not have to repay your loan until you’re earning over £21,000 per year or more.
