Lola had a website that displayed only static images of gifts and flowersthey had. Besides, it was not possible to add products, categories, promotions etc to their website through their existing administrationpanel without the help of a developer. The lack of provisions for online purchasing was a hurdle in Lola'sgrowth. The customers either had to place an order with them over thephone or had to walk into their outlets to purchase products. Further, entering into the world of social networking was a distant dream toLola then, when social channels were actually playing crucial roles inonline marketing and promotions.
