Casa de Campo se complace en anunciar su asociación con el Pubbelly Restaurant Group para traer su novedoso restaurante de inspiración asiática -Pubbelly Sushi Restaurant- al legendario destino de lujo – con su apertura pautada para noviembre del 2015.
El muy esperado Pubbelly Sushi Restaurant estará ubicado en la Marina de Casa de Campo y contará con un espacio interior de 72,92 metros cuadrados, un espacio exterior de 174 metros cuadrados y una capacidad de asientos de 114 personas. El ecléc-tico menú llevará a los comensales y huéspedes del resort por un viaje gastronómico por toda Asia. Creada por el director Culinario y Socio Fundador del Pubbelly Restaurant Group, José Mendin y su Socio en Pubbelly Sushi, Yuki Ieto, el menú contará con platos que van desde pizza de atún con tortilla crujiente, alioli de ajo y aceite de trufas, hasta Tostones con Ceviche con Soya de Jengi-bre Hamachi, cilantro, cebolla roja y yuzu.

CASA DE CAMPO ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PUBBELLY RESTAURANT GROUP
Casa de Campo is pleased to announce their partnership with The Pubbelly Restaurant Group – bringing their hip, Asian-inspired Pubbelly Sushi restaurant to the legendary luxury destination – set to open in November 2015.
The highly anticipated Pubbelly Sushi will be located in the Marina at Casa de Campo and will boast an interior space of 72.92 square meters, an exterior space of 174 square meters and 114 person seating capacity. The eclectic menu will take diners and guests of the resort on an edible tour of Asia. Created by Culinary Director and Founding Partner of The Pubbelly Restaurant Group, Jose Mendin and Pubbelly Sushi Partner, Yuki Ieto, the menu will feature dishes from Tuna Pizza with crispy tortilla, garlic aioli and truffle oil, to Tostones con Ceviche with Hamachi ginger soy, cilantro, red onion and yuzu.
“We’re excited to partner with The Pubbelly Restaurant Group,” said Rafael Torres, President of Casa de Campo. “Their creativity and amaz-ing flavor combinations will make a great addition to the culinary offerings at Casa de Campo and ultimately, allow us to further enhance our guest experience.”
Founded in 2010, The Pubbelly Restaurant Group is comprised of four-time James Beard-nominated Culinary Director, Jose Mendin; Managing Director, Andreas Schreiner; and Design Director, Sergio Navarro.
