This first slide deck introduces:• Learning for All K – 12 and its link to
Education for All K – 6; • The theme “Knowing Your Students’• Provides a workshop framework to begin
to unpack the theme ‘Knowing Your Students’

• Special Education Policy and Programs Branch is leading the development of a K – 12 resource guide as a follow-up to Education for All K – 6
• The working title of the document is Learning for All K – 12/L’apprentissage pour tous: de la maternelle à la 12e année

Through province wide consultations with parents, educators and educational stakeholders in spring 2008, the guiding principles of Education for All K – 6 were confirmed as essential to any effort to improve the achievement of all students and to close the achievement gap
