However, in the meantime thecandidate may read the instructions carefully and subsequently fill the appropriate columns given above in CAPITAL letters.The candidate may also fill relevant columns (Other than columns for marking responses to the questions) of the OMRResponse Sheet, supplied separately.
Use only BLUE OR BLACK ball point pen to fill the relevant columns on this page. Use similar pen for marking responseson OMR Response Sheet. Use of fountain pen may leave smudges, which may make the information given by the candidateillegible. "The candidate shall be liable for any adverse effect if the information given by the candidate here or on the OMR ResponseSheet, is illegible.
Each candidate must fill all the columns given above on this page and sign at the appropriate place.
Each candidate is required to attempt 150questions in two hours, except for visually impaired candidates, who would be given20 minutes extra for marking their responses on the OMR Response Sheet, which will be supplied to the candidate separately.
The candidate must write Serial No. of the OMR response Sheet supplied to him/her for marking responses to the questionsat the appropriate column of this question booklet. Similarly the canqidate must write the Serial No. of this Question Bookletat the appropriate column on the OMR Response Sheet. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the candidature of thecandidate or non-evaluation of the OMR Response Sheet or both.
The candidate should darken the appropriate response to the question by completely darkening the appropriate circle/ovalaccording to his/her choice of response i.e. a, b, c or d in the manner shown in the example below:
