Punjab Food Department (Executive and Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules 1993

[14th April, 1993]NOTIFICATION

No.SOR-III-2-9/85. In exercise of the powers conferred on him under Section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974(VIII of 1974) the Governor of the Punjab is pleased to made the following rules, namely:-

1. These rules shall be called the Punjab Food Department (Executive and Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules 1993.

2. They shall come into force at once.3. The method of recruitment minimum qualifications, age limits and other matters related thereto for the posts are shown in the schedule annexed.4. The following services / recruitment rules of the Food Department are hereby repeated:-

a) The West Pakistan Food Department (Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1963.

b) The West Pakistan Food Department (Headquarters) Ministerial Establishment Recruitment Rules, 1962.

c) The West Pakistan Food Department Ministerial Establishment (Regional Offices) Recruitment Rules, 1962.

d) The West Pakistan Food Department (District Ministerial Establishment) Recruitment Rules, 1963.

c) The West Pakistan Food Department Subordinate Executive Establishment Recruitment Rules, 1962.

Recruitment Rules, 1993, the following further amendments shall be made:-A M E N D M E N T S. In the said rules, in the schedule,

1. For the existing entries against the post at Sr No.2, 4 & 12, in column No.7 to 10 the following new entries shall be substituted.

21 28 As may be in the case prescribed officials the serving in government connection with the affairs of the Federal Government who are domiciled in the Punjab as well as officials serving in connection with the affairs of the Punjab Government having at least 4 years service as such the upper age limit shall be 35 years

2 for the existing entries against the post at Sr No.25 in column No.3, 5, 7 & 9 the following new entries shall be substituted
