IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CONFIRMING YOUR WEDDINGYour Wedding Coordinator would love to assist you further by discussing your options and putting forward a personalised proposal based on your requirements. Please contact your friendly Weddings Coordinator on 08 8206 8888 or [email protected]. An initial deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable. A deposit schedule will be put together for payments leading up to the event. Final balance of the payment should be made no later than 7 days before the event. Cancellation fees are applicable per your contract.

MENU SELECTIONThe final food and beverage selection must be given to the hotel no later than 30 days prior to the event. Changes thereafter cannot be guaranteed. Please note all menus and beverage packages are subject to change.

SECURITYFor your safety, we reserve the right to inspect and control events held within the hotel. This includes managing the noise volume for the consideration of others.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Pullman Adelaide caters to the following recognised dietary requirements in accordance with the Food Standards Authority; Lactose intolerance, Egg intolerance, Gluten free / Coeliac, Nut free, Seafood free, Vegetarian and Vegan. We are also Halal certified. Please note, dietary requirements must be advised 14 days prior to the event.
