Firstly, Nirmal Baba ji never has told “Upaya” nor did he claimed to treat people or disease or give guaranteed solution to all and sundry problems of devotees. Baba ji preaches spiritual way of life with selfless devotion to Almighty irrespective of their religion, with a similar respect for other religions too. Media trial was carried out against him from 10 april 12 to 10 may 12 in Prime time news at News Express, Star News, India TV which was later followed by other channels too based on allegation of Upaya or remedies offered and treatment of disease being done by him which is baseless and framed by media by using the clipping of his TV programmes. The complaints made to respective media channels and NBA on false reporting fell on deaf ears. Nirmal Baba is known to make his devotees shun the path of Upaya, even Pooja, Daan is to be self less and not as Upaya. The devotees with whom Babaji is talking anything related to his life like eatables, lifestyle item like cars, watch or pen, anything related to that devotee is seen by him and told by Babaji, which has been telecasted as Upaya on all the channels. Motive is now evident for it as with complaints against him based on false grounds (Upaya or remedy offered) have been filed at various places by people who never have known or met him and they claim that by watching TV they ate Kheer and Rasgulla as a remedy for disease. Can Baba ji be implicated for a crime he did not commit just because media has tele casted that he tells upaya and treats diseases? Devotees have experienced miracles and they share their experience, but Baba ji has always told that it is Kripa or blessing of Almighty nothing more. He tells the ways of Right Pooja, combined with right Karma and right thought process to get this Kripa of Almighty. Never did he tell any Upaya or remedy, or made claim for treatment of disease etc. An in depth study or analysis of his preaching’s will reveal this facts. All those who are not their devotees like the media houses in question have not done in depth analysis and have framed him on false and superficial and baseless grounds. Secondly, the case of cheating and raising funds. Baba ji darbar is since fifteen years but he started samagam with a nominal fee of Rs 500 to cover up the expenditure on the same about six years back. Later as the devotees number increased and due to need of larger auditorium it was increased to 1000 and lately was made to 2000. It is a completely personal decision of devotees to pay and come for Samagam, they are neither invited nor forced to do so. Recording of same were being tele casted on TV, so that all those who could not attend Samagam due to distance involved, disease or non availability of seats could benefit from his preaching’s. All contributions were voluntary and no one was forced to do so. Baba ji paid tax on all the amount unlike other spiritual Guru who saved tax under the veil of Trust.
