Payment Terms60 days End-of-Month from invoice date. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, credit card, wire transfer, or direct deposit.
In the event of non-payment, the account is responsible for any late fees, finance charges, collection and/or legal fees incurred. A 1% interest rate per month may be added for any payments exceeding 90 days. A completed credit application must be on file for retailers who purchase more than 2x a year.
ReturnsOnly returnable product purchased directly from Bess Press Inc. can be returned for credit. All books are eligible for return, except with instances were product has been damaged, purchased at bargain prices, purchased above 50% discount mark, product was donated, orunder any circumstance requiring arrangement separate from the standard terms-of-sale.
All eligible returns will be credited at the same price and discount at which the books were purchased. An invoice stating quantities, titles, and ISBNs must accompany all re-turns. Transportation charges on all returns must be pre-paid by the customer. Bess Press Inc. will not pay shipping for any titles returned. If books are received damaged when shipped from Bess Press Inc., we will work with you to solve this problem.
Claims• All credit memos will be initiated by Bess Press Inc. after receiving the returned merchandise.• Any order discrepancies must be reported to Bess Press Inc. within 30 days of receiving the order.

Retail: Trade titles purchased are applicable to the discounts provided. All retail purchases of Educational textbooks and related materials are subject to only 25% discount off the retail price. Retail purchases are subject to shipping and handling fees.
Educators: Educational titles purchased with a retail book order receive the applicable discount under the educational policy. Educational discount applies to ALL orders placed with an official purchase order and/or valid proof of affiliation with an educational institu-tion or organization, i.e. HHA or other Homeschool institution associations. All Educational orders will be charged 7% of the total sale for shipping and handling. All orders arranged for PICK-UP at Bess Press Inc. will be subject to a handling fee.
ShippingMost shipments originate in Hawaii. In-stock titles will ship within 2-5 business days. ALL orders in the United States or Guam are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
If the retailer or customer arranges for order pick-up at the Bess Press Warehouse a subject fee may apply. If specific shipping arrangements requested by means different than those offered, then the retailer or customer may be charged the ACTUAL shipping/postage cost. Bess Press Inc. will not be responsible for lost packages once delivery is confirmed.
If the retailer or customer arranges order pick-up at the Bess Press Inc. Warehouse and will be subject to a handling fee.
International Shipping: All international orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Actual shipping/postage charges will be added to all orders, plus a $5 handling fee.
