A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copiesof OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applyingfor a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those whodo so. The last date for receipt of applications is 6-6-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date willnot be entertained.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type(OMR Valuation) Test held on 19-4-2011 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in theProbability List published on 31-1-2013 for selection to the post of Assistant Salesman (Category No. 98/2010)on ` 4510-6230 (PR) in Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit.The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 17-4-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication ofa new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservationand rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the


pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee thatall candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in thelist at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their namesin the list.

The candidates who have obtained 64 (Sixty Four) marks and above in the OMR test are included in the Main Listof the Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under thereservation group of communities.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will bedone on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State bychalan under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not berefunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. Applicationfor re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the enquirysection of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from theCommission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will notbe considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating tothis selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries inthe State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts”. The duly filled up application inthe prescrbed form along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Palakkad. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMRanswer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy ofanswer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSCDistrict Office, Palakkad shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come intoforce (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt ofapplications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 3-6-2013. Applications for re-checking/obtainingphotocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 5 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applicationforms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly notedin the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefitof reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, thecandidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

Alphabet ‘P’ should be prefixed to the Register Number to denote Palakkad District.

Ranked List No. 208/13/DOW. 2nd May 2013.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the ObjectiveType (OMR Valuation) Test held on 7-8-2010 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in theProbability List published on 27-11-2012 for selection to the post of Villageman/Village Field Assistant (CategoryNo. 508/09) on 4510-6230 (PR) in Revenue Department in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought in to force with effect from 2-5-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of anew Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidatesfrom this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation asamended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during validity period of this list. As theadvice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the listwill secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointmenton the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 80 (Eighty) Marks or above in the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test have beenincluded in the Main List of Ranked List. The Requisite marks have been lowered to the extend necessary in respect ofcandidates under the reservation group of communities.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will berechecked to see that all the answeres are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of the mark for various answersif the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuriesin the State under the Head of account “0051-PSC -105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to thisselection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from theCommission’s Website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,KPSC District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which of the Ranked List has come into force. A copy ofthe answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not beissued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legalproceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Applications for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed formavailable free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy ordownloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from.Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Valid application for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy of the answer scripts along with the original chalan receiptaddressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Wayanad shall reach this office within45 days from the date on which Ranked List has come into force (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has beenapproved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of theAnswer Script is 15-6-2013. Application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit ornot in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the caseof candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosingoriginal chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will beintimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applicationforms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly notedin the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Wayanad within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get thebenefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, ifany, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

Weightage marks for nativity will be granted subject to final orders in W.A. No. 618/12 pending before the Hon.High

Court of Kerala.

Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list ispurely provisional, subject to scrutiny andadmission of applications on absolute basis.Inclusion of Register Numbers in the ShortList does not confer any right on thecandidate to be called for interview or forsubsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

(2) The Short List is prepared based on thedetails furnished by the candidate in theapplication. Subsequent claims made will notbe entertained at any stage.

(3) The candidates who have secured 82(Eighty two) marks and above are includedin the Main List of the Short List. Therequired marks have been lowered to theextent necessary in respect of theSupplementary Lists.

(4) The candidates belonging to Other BackwardClasses included in the Short List, who arerequired to produce Non Creamy LayerCertificate a per G.O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD,dated 26-9-2009, shall produce the same alongwith other documents mentioned above asand when called for. Such candidates, in theMain List who failed to produce therequired Non Creamy Layer Certificate will notbe entitled to the benefit of communityreservation and will be considered as OpenCompetition Candidates. As regards suchcandidates in the Supplimentary Lists of OtherBackward Classes, their register numbers willbe deleted from the Short List without furthernotice, if they fail to produce the NonCreamy Layer Certificate.

(5) The place, date and time of interview will beintimated in due course.

(6) According to the existing procedure,revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed.But rechecking of answer scripts will beallowed after the publication of the Ranked List.
