The revised tariff sheets are listed on Attachment A and are attached hereto. PURPOSE As stated in Advice 4301-E submitted on September 28, 2020, SCE is implementing effective October 1, 2020, two increases in its distribution rates to reflect: (1) the Grid Safety and Resiliency Program (GSRP) revenue requirement of approximately $158.6 million in accordance with Decision (D.)20-04-013 and as approved in Advice 4172-E, and (2) the Wildfire Expense Memorandum Account (WEMA) two-year amortization revenue requirement of approximately $252.5 million pursuant to D.20-09-024. Additionally, SCE is implementing the cessation of the California Department of Water Resources bond charge and initiating the Wildfire Fund Nonbypassable Charge pursuant to D.20-09-005 and D.20-09-023, respectively, as well as increasing the electric Public Utilities Commission Reimbursement Fee (PUCRF) from $0.00058/kWh to $0.00130/kWh pursuant to Resolution M-4841. SCE submits this supplemental advice letter to include Schedule RF-E, Surcharge to Fund Public Utilities Commission - Reimbursement Fee, to reflect the updated PUCRF amount. PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ENERGY DIVISION

SUBJECT: Supplement to Advice 4301-E, Implementation of the Grid Safety and Resiliency Program Revenue Requirement, Wildfire Expense Memorandum Account Revenue Requirement, Revised Public Utilities Commission Reimbursement Fee, and the Cessation of the Department of Water Resources Bond Charges and Initiation of the Wildfire Fund Nonbypassable Charge Effective October 1, 2020

Southern California Edison Company (SCE) hereby submits for approval by the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) the following changes to its tariffs. The revised tariff sheets are listed on Attachment A and are attached hereto.

PURPOSE

As stated in Advice 4301-E submitted on September 28, 2020, SCE is implementing effective October 1, 2020, two increases in its distribution rates to reflect: (1) the Grid Safety and Resiliency Program (GSRP) revenue requirement of approximately $158.6 million in accordance with Decision (D.)20-04-013 and as approved in Advice 4172-E, and (2) the Wildfire Expense Memorandum Account (WEMA) two-year amortization revenue requirement of approximately $252.5 million pursuant to D.20-09-024. Additionally, SCE is implementing the cessation of the California Department of Water Resources bond charge and initiating the Wildfire Fund Nonbypassable Charge pursuant to D.20-09-005 and D.20-09-023, respectively, as well as increasing the electric Public Utilities Commission Reimbursement Fee (PUCRF) from $0.00058/kWh to $0.00130/kWh pursuant to Resolution M-4841.

SCE submits this supplemental advice letter to include Schedule RF-E, Surcharge to Fund Public Utilities Commission - Reimbursement Fee, to reflect the updated PUCRF amount. Schedule RF-E, which contains the revised PUCRF amount, was inadvertently omitted in Advice 4301-E.1

This advice letter supplements in part and will not change the substance of the original Advice 4301-E. These changes are made in accordance with General Order (GO) 96-B, General Rule 7.5.1, which authorizes utilities to make additional changes to an advice letter through the submittal of a supplemental advice letter. PROPOSED TARIFF CHANGES

On June 16, 2020, the Commission approved Resolution M-4841, which increases the electric PUCRF from $0.00058/kWh to $0.00130/kWh effective October 1, 2020. Attachment A includes modifications to Schedule RF-E to reflect the updated fee amount.

TIER DESIGNATION

Pursuant to GO 96-B, Rule 5.1, this advice letter is submitted with a Tier 1 designation which is the same Tier designtion as Advice 4301-E.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This supplemental advice letter will become effective on the same day as the original Advice 4301-E, which is October 1, 2020.

PROTEST SCE asks that the Commission, pursuant to GO 96-B, General Rules 7.5.1, maintain the original protest and comment period designated in Advice 4301-E and not reopen the protest period. The modifications included in this supplemental advice letter do not make substantive changes that would affect the overall evaluation of the advice letter. NOTICE
