PNM’s methodology for determining TTC and ATC values is in the Public Service Company of New Mexico Available Transfer Capability Implementation Document (ATCID). This document is posted on the PNM OASIS site. PNM’s methodology for determining TRM values is in the Public Service Company of New Mexico Transmission Reliability Margin Implementation Document (TRMID). This document is posted on the PNM OASIS site. PNM does not maintain CBM.
