1. INTRODUCTION

This document provides a comprehensive guide to the local agent profile creation.

The public users of can access the link http://enmra.nmra.gov.lk/

1.1. TYPOGRAPHIC CONVENTIONS

Italic text - Identifies the field names to enter the data

Bold text - Identifies button name and other items that you can click or

touch in the graphical user interface or press on a button and icons

1.2. MINIMUM WEB BROWSER REQUIREMENTS

The e-NMRA system requires the following minimum Web browser requirements;

2. LOGIN AND LOGOUT

2.1. LOGIN

The public user accesses the link http://enmra.nmra.gov.lk, and clicks on the login

button. The user has to enter the user credentials and click on Login button to proceed.

2.2. LOG OUT

To Logout click on the ‘Sign out’ button depicted below.

3. PUBLIC PROFILE CREATION

The public user can access the link http://enmra.nmra.gov.lk/ and click on the button for ‘Request

for Approvals’.

Then select the relevant tile to register as a local agent, local manufacturer, hospital, government

institute, etc.

3.1. REGISTER AS A LOCAL AGENT

The following screens explains the steps by step process of registering as a local agent.

• Once the user clicks on the tile for the ‘Register as a Local Agent’, then the user will be

directed to fill the following form. The first tab is to fill the details of the company as

shown below. The fields marks with * are mandatory fields.

• By clicking on the ‘Next’, the user will be directed to the next tab. The second tab allows

to fill the details of the warehouse as shown in the below form.

• The user can click ‘+ Add Warehouse’, to add details of the other warehouses.

• By clicking on the ‘Next’, the user will be directed to the next tab to fill the details of key

personals, as shown below.

Note:-

The following details will differ according the selected business model.

1. The following details pop up once selected the business model as Private Limited Company

or Public Limited Company in the 1st step – Company Details).

• The user can click ‘+ Add Director’, to add details of the multiple directors.

2. The following details pop up once selected the business model as Joint Venture or

Sole Proprietorship in the 1st step – Company Details).

3. The following details pop up once selected the business model as Partnership in the 1st

step – Company Details).

• The user can click ‘+ Add Partner’, to add details of the multiple Partners.

pharmacist(s), as shown below.

• By clicking on the ‘Next’, the user will be directed to tab to fill the details of the contact

person, as shown below.

Note: - The system will validate the username. If there is an existing username, a message

will pop-up indicating to change to a new username.

• By clicking on the ‘Next’, the user will be directed to tab to upload supporting documents.

• Once the user clicks on the “Upload” button, user will be directed to the following screen.

• User can browse the file by clicking ‘Select Files’ button or drag and drop the file to the

highlighted area.

• After uploading all the required files user can click ‘Submit’ button to submit the

application.

• Once user submits the application he/ she will receive the following email with username

and password for login.

• User can login to the system using his/ her credentials. Upon successful login, the user

will be directed to the dashboard. The user can click on the dashboard item mentioned

as “New Registrations”.

• Once the user clicks on the “New Registration”, the user will be able to see the status of

the application as ‘Registration Request Submitted’.

• Once the user clicks on “View”, he/she will be directed to submit a reminder to the head

of the company regarding the approval of the application, which is optional. For that, the

user can type a remark in the text area and click “submit”.

• Once submitted the application the head of the company will be notified via the following

email to approve the application.

• Head of the company can click on the given link and he/she will be redirected to the

following page.

• Head of the company can view the details of the application and click on ‘+Confirmation’

• Head of the company can add a remark and click the ‘confirm’ button to approve the

application.

• Once confirmed by the head of the company, and if the applicant logs-in, he or she will

be able to see the status as ‘Approval Pending’ from NMRA.

• Once approved by NMRA, the local agent will be notified in an email, and once he/she

login, the system will enable the links to submit the application forms relevant to the local

agent.

3.2. EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT

• Once logs in as a Local Agent, he / she will be redirected to the following dash board

screen.

• Click Employee Management.

• Upon clicking, the following window will open.

• Fill the relevant details and click the ‘Search’ button.

• The search results will be displayed as follows.

3.2.2. Edit Employee details

• Click icon from the viewed search results.

• Upon clicking the following window will open.

• User can change the details of the selected employee here.

• Click ‘Update’ button to save the changes.

3.2.3. Delete Employee

• Click icon.

• Upon clicking the following confirmation box will open.

• Click ‘Yes’ button to proceed the deletion.

3.2.4. Add New Employee

• Click ‘Add New’ button.

• Fill the details of the new employee.

• Click ‘Add Employee’ button.

3.2.5. Change the username and password of a System Employee

• Click icon from the searched results.

• Upon clicking the following window will open.

• Enter the User Name, Password, and User Role for the employee

• Click ‘Edit System User’ button.
