INTIMATION LETTER TO THE SUCCESSFUL REGISTRANT OF ROHINI
RESIDENTIAL SCHEME 1981 WHO HAVE BEEN PLROVISIONALLY ALLOTTED PLOT ON
THE BASIS OF DRAW HELD ON 12.6.12.
SUB: Verification of Documents and genuineness.
This has reference to the result of draw held on 12.6.12 vide which wait list
registrants of Rohini . Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 were provisionally allotted
plots in various categories i.e. Janta, LIG & MIG. The result can be seen on DDA web
site www.dda.org.in The intimation letter to all the successful registrants in all the
three categories have been sent by post. In case any of these successful registrants
do not receive the letter the intimation letter for any reason including change of
address, they are requested to submit the following documents for verification and
geniuses addressed to Dy.Director, LSB(Rohini)at designated counter in D Block,Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi by 03.10.12 positively as per following Performa.
1 Proof of address and personal identification i.e. Election Identity Card RationCard/Passport/office identity Card/Unique Identification Card etc. duly attested by
Gazetted Officer.
2 Copy of FDR duly attested by Gazetted Officer.3 Photo and signature duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.4 An affidavit declaring that, I or my wife/husband or any of his/her minor children do
not own in full or in part on leasehold or freehold basis of any residential plot of
land or a house or have not been allotted a residential flat by DDA in Delhi/New
Delhi or Delhi Cantonment attested by Notary Public with Notary stamp.
5 Photocopy of certificate duly attested if the allotment is obtained under anyreserved category.
6 Photo copy of any of the application made in DDA for change of address or mutationduly attested.
7 Mobile No. or contact no. of the successful registrant.In case you fail to furnish the document within the stipulated period i.e. on or before
03.10.12 , it will be presumed that you are no more interested in allotment and the same
is liable to be cancelled. No further extension of date shall be given therefore all such
registrants who have failed to submit their documents till date may avail this final
opportunity and submit their documents at counters in D Block, Ground Floor, Vikas
Sadan, INA, New Delhi, between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. on all working days.

PUBLIC NOTICE
All the successful registrants of Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 as
per draw held on 12.6.12.,the result of the draw is available on DDA
website www.dda.org.in The intimation letters for verification of
documents of all three categories i.e. Janta /MIG/LIG have been sent to
successful registrants by post.
In case, any of the successful registrant do not receive the intimation
letters for any reason including change of address etc. the Performa ofintimation letter is hereby enclosed. All such successful registrants were
requested to submit their documents as per the Performa of the intimation
letter (as enclosed) addressed to DD/LSB(RO) at the designated counter in
Auction Hall, D block, Vikas Sadan, INA, DDA by 17.8.2012 positively. The
last date has now been extended upto 17.09.2012.
Therefore all the successful allottees who have not submitted the
required documents as yet are once again requested to submit their
documents latest by 17.09.2012positively at counter in D block, Ground
Floor, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. on all
working days. Thereafter it will be presumed that allottee is not interested
to get the possession of the allotted plot and action for cancellation of
allotment of the plot will be initiated. No request will be entertained on
any ground what so ever.
