I tend to describe the public cloud similar to a public parking garage in which the infrastructure and resources are made available to the general public over public roads. A public parking garage is owned by an organization selling services, and serves a diverse pool of clients. Your car is your liability. You pay per usage. Don’t leave any valuables in the car. You don’t know who is in the car next to you.
