Life is tough for a 40-tonne HGV, international coach or multi-drop van. Steering is safety critical, so no remanufactured product leaves our factory until it’s as good - or better - than new:

• Each unit is identifi ed, cleaned and shot blasted• Carefully dismantled; any worn, damaged or mandatory replaceable parts are discarded• All other components are measured against their original specifi cations and tolerances• Any parts that require rework are fully re-engineered to drawing standards• Any parts which fail to meet our exacting standards are replaced• All parts are meticulously cleaned again using highly specialised equipment• Each unit is reassembled in a clean environment• Every unit is individually tested to simulate vehicle operating conditions• Repainted; the unit is stamped with a fully traceable reference and is ready for service
