What is emotion?(Brainstorming)
• Suatu keadaan seseorang dalam mengungkapkan perasaanya dalam bentuk ekspresi wajah atau perbuatan.contoh marah, gembira, sedih bla bla bla ……
• Keadaan jiwa seseorang karena dipengaruhi oleh pengaruh dalam dan luar diri

dengan panca indera dalam menanggapi suatu keadaan.

dipengaruhi oleh kejadian yang terjadi pada dirinya atau lingkungannya
• Suatu keadaan dimana seseorang mengekpresikan melalui wajah seperti perasaan gembira, sedih, marah dll

• Suatu keadaan keruhanian atau peristiwa kejiwaan yang kita alami dengan senang atau tidak

What is emotion?
• Definition • Emotions are aroused internal states that
may occur in response to either internal or external stimuli;
• Emotions are usually accompanied by marked physiological change and are interpreted events.
Types of emotions(jenis-jenis emosi)
• Sebutkan: • takut, • senang (tersenyum) , • sedih (nangis, cemberut, diam, melamun,
bengong, ) , • gembira( tertawa, loncat-loncat, jingkrak-
jingkrak, tersenyum) ,• bahagia (riang, syukur, haru) ,
• bingung (gelisah, mondar-mandir, bengong, kusut, resah, cemas) ,
• marah (teriak, bermuka merah, ngamuk, ngomel-ngomel, cemberut, ,
• gelisah, sengsara, resah, sebel, bangga, bosan, kesal,
• benci, bimbang, ragu, kangen, deg-degan, suka, CINTA,sayang, cemburu, kuatir, dendam, suntuk, riang, terkejut. Malu,

Expression of emotion
• Both facial expressions and physiological expressions of emotion appear to influence emotions, and both are influenced by thoughts, as well as by emotions.
• According to Shaver there are six emotions that most people will describe: Love, joy, anger, sadness, fear, and surprise.
Responses to emotions
• People can control their emotions because of strong cultural expectations
• By using conscious and directed thought, people can control their behavior and wait until the proper time and place to express emotions.
• Never let your emotion control your words and actions.

Cinta, Takut, marah, benci, sedih,malu,
