Helmand Province Development Budget

• The 1389 Development budget allotment was 1 billion Afs, execution was 817 million Afs (80%) and the 1390 allocation splits the two with 936 million Afs.

• Helmand is expected to executed a high percentage of its allocation in 1390, not just its allotment

• MRRD, MoE, and MoPH have the three largest development budgets in Helmand. • MRRD executed 83% of its allotment in 1389 but has a smaller allocation in 1390• MoE and MoPH each received a increase in their 1390 alloction over their 1390
