Proverbs 24:5 A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength. 6 For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety.

Which strength is worth more?

3

Strength of Wisdom and Knowledge is worth more than physical strength.

A high IQ doesn’t guarantee a good life.

Living by the Word of God brings blessing.

7 Wisdom is too high for a fool: he openeth not his mouth in the gate.

Don’t spend your time with any man who says or who lives his life as if

there is no God.

1 Samuel 13 13a And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the Command-ment of the LORD thy God, which He commanded thee: …

The greatest act of foolishness is to willfully disobey God’s Word

Making excuses for it makes it no less foolish.

8 He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person.

One who plans and does evil will ruin his reputation completely.

But a good reputation must be earned.

Let us live our lives God’s Way:

With integrity and honor.

Deuteronomy 5 32 Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath Commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left. 33 Ye shall walk in all the Ways which the LORD your God hath Commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.

Why do men and women stray from God’s Good Way?

Unbelief!

“I tried that, and it didn’t work.”

“If I tell the truth at work, I won’t get my promotion.”

“I can’t go to church on Wednesday night; I’m just too tired.”

“I can’t give; I don’t have enough money.”

Obedience is an act of faith.

Obey in faith, believing God’s Promises.

9 The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.

The very thoughts of sin are foolish, because the wages of sin is death.

The gift of God is eternal life.

They start thinking

“Maybe I would enjoy living with sinners more.”

“All of this rule-keeping is too burdensome.”

“I used to have more fun when I was living in sin.”

They lose their focus on God Almighty and His True and Living Way.

Then when trouble comes --

10 If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

The Joy of the Lord is the strength of His people.

Neh 8:10

John 15 11 These things have I spoken unto you, that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
