After looking at numerous other completed and upcoming developments in different areas, we really liked the aesthetics of the Eleeza apartments as well as ‘value for money’ by buying in Lane Cove.
The layout of the apartment is exactly what we are looking for, with great crossflow throughout and a floorplan to suit our lifestyle. The uninterrupted views of Batten Reserve were also a big draw card.

We would not hesitate buying from Hyecorp again should we see one of your properties that will suit our current needs. Your properties look differently to others, and we can now almost guess that you could have built that one. Since buying here in 55 Garland Rd Naremburn sixteen years ago, all of the newer developments are not anywhere near as solid as ours and our selling prices are way above similar properties in this suburb.
Anytime we need to get contractors in, they always comment on the solid build and the sheer space. More than half of the original buyers are still here and most say they are not going anywhere. There have been no serious faults in construction. It’s just a solid structure wherever you look.

I have bought property off the plan before so I had an idea of what to expect and I knew I wanted to stay around the North Shore areas after I sold my place. I looked at other properties on offer but kept coming to Ariana Lane Cove. The fact that I could purchase a garden apartment in the complex was a big bonus too.
I did my research of the site as well as other properties that Hyecorp had completed and working for an engineering firm myself I did some internal research as well. Both investigations were very positive which made my decision even easier.

We fell in love with the location of Lane Cove due to the fact that it is so easily accessible to the City and Chatswood, while still being close to many amenities such as the Lane Cove Village. We chose Lora Lane Cove as we loved the size of the development; we believe that it is the perfect sized block consisting of 66 units.
Another advantage that Hyecorp has, compared to other developers is that Hyecorp is going to be marketing the development as well as building the project at the same time, giving them full control over every stage. Another advantage that gave me more confidence within Hyecorp was that the company had previously built their own projects within the area and my wife and I had the opportunity to inspect these.
We found the experience that we had with the Hyecorp staff very helpful compared to that of other developers. The team was not pushy when it came to selling; they always had time to quickly answer any questions we may have had. Overall, the team was very patient with us throughout the entire process.
