Marinasarda è lieta di annunciare una nuova attività che si affianca a quella ventennale e che vedrà una maggiore dinamicità

nellʼambito della commercializzazione di beni. Principalmente si tratterà della vendita di imbarcazioni a motore. La nuova realtà

aziendale prevedrà anche la vendita di barche a vela, macchine, macchine dʼepoca, immobili residenziali e commerciali, terreni,

gioielli. Ma come si svilupperà questa nuova branch aziendale? Attraverso la vendita allʼincanto. Così è nata “ QuickWin. Case

dʼAste powered by Marinasarda”. Una modalità di vendita di beni nuova, alternativa, di grande impatto sia di immagine che di

economicità. Si tratta quindi di vendere , attraverso aste dedicate on line o in sale room, beni che saranno proposti allʼincanto

mediamente al 30% in meno rispetto il loro valore di mercato. I buyer e i seller potranno così attivare una vera e propria rete

commerciale attraverso lʼintermediazione di Marinasarda. Ma la vera novità riguardante la vendita allʼasta non si riferisce alla modalità, ma ad una serie di innovazioni strutturate con:

•  modalità di svolgimento mista (4 mesi “dal vivo”a Porto Cervo in sale room e 8 mesi online e/o via telefono);

•  tipologia variegata dei beni che verranno venduti allʼasta, dove principalmente si troveranno: barche a motore, barche a

vela, barche dʼepoca, macchine, immobili residenziali, di lusso e/o commerciali, gioielli. In una seconda fase verranno inseriti

anche oggetti dʼarte ;

•  tipologia di vendita allʼincanto che non si svolgerà solo ed unicamente al rialzo (allʼinglese), come nelle aste “classiche”, ma

che si potrà attuare anche attraverso: il ribasso (allʼolandese), lʼofferta segreta, il quickwin (americano) e il baratto.

Marinasarda is happy to announce the start of its new activity to run alongside its usual one of twenty-years standing. This is going

to bring a new energy to the sale of goods and in particular to motor boat sales. This new company venture centres around the

sale of motor boats, sail boats, vintage boats, cars, residential and commercial properties, land and jewellery. All this will take

place through auction and thanks to the creation of ‘Quickwin Auctioneers powered by Marinasarda’ – an alternative way of

selling goods that combines a great visual impact with important savings. On Line or Sale Room Auctions are the sales venues for

goods to be auctioned at an average 30% saving on their market value. Both buyers and sellers now have the chance to activate

their own sales network through Marinasarda. Some important innovations have been created which include:

•  a variety of sales methods (4 months’live’ in the Porto Cervo sale room and 8 months online and/or by telephone)

•  a variety of prestige auction goods : mainly motor boats, sail boats, vintage boats, cars, residential, prestige and commercial

real estate, jewellery and ,at a later stage, works of art.

•  varied types of auction - not just the usual ascending price (English) type but also the descending (Dutch) type and also

secret auction, quickwin (American) and barter.
