Introduction: Established in 2005, China prototype Center is set up by industrial design engineers with the aim to deliver prototypes and (assembled) parts for Western Companies with western quality but Chinese prices. We are a full service source for Innovative companies. Our clients are mainly design firms and companies with their own R&D all over the world, both small and large sized companies.. We promise to deliver you a high quality and we have many clients that made repeat orders. If you want a cost indication of producing your parts, please send us your CAD-files and we advice you what to do and give you a very competitive price. Your prototypes will be send out by air: usually to Europe/U.S. it takes 3-4 days. For mass production we will send the goods by ship.
Advice: Our advice for your proto- and test series depends on the geometry of your product and the purpose of your prototype. Is it a marketing sample, A show model or will your prototype be used for functional testing or structure check? As experienced engineers we can give you a general advice:

Notes CNC milling can also be cost effective, eg when using flat products. The CNC milling cost is about 30% less than compared to western Europe producers prices.
Each Silicone mould can make 25 duplicates. About 25% cheaper than in Europe.
