PROBLEM STATEMENTThe responsible, creative, hard-working and honest interns needs a way to showall their creativity and knowledge because they want to be so creative at work as in school.

Page 3: Prototype test

How might the interns be socreative at work like in school?

IDEAIf all peers in a team could learn so fast like a computer to be more creative and powerful. Each one had a power and knowledge area. All of them would be equally valuable and creativity could grow everywhere, always.

Prototype 1

I have thinking on a software -preferably with artificial inteligence- that could evaluate knowledge, capabilities, strengths and best role for all peers in a department.

I've tested the paper prototype with the stakeholder and another person.

Software: Step 1_ Presentation

Software: Step 2_ Test, questions, exercises ->Evaluate me!

Software: Step 3_ Thank you!

Software: Step 4_ Conclusions You´re the best at... Role&Responsabilities

Software: Step 5_ Your team and their roles.

WHAT WORKED

- The paper prototype has work perfectlywith the stakeholder.- She loves the idea and she has shown enthusiasm.- She thinks that I would make it real... ;D

WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED

- The same paper prototype doesn´t work with an experience person, it could have more details. He feel it is simple, not an innovative idea, like all human resourcestests.

QUESTIONS

- This software... is appropriate only for new hires or couldwork for established departments?

- Old peers would be interested in change roles although itwas the best for them and the company

IDEAS

- The software might be developed with artificial intelligence,Its conclusions must be the best, and not only this,The people must be greatful for this opportunity to playHis/hers best role.

- The company must training the personal to become theirBest based on software conclusions.

-The most important is to create a trusted environment whereevery person was the best on a field and will be ableto create the best version of him/her

IDEAThe old peers become trainees and vice versa... “Walk in another shoes...”

Prototype 2

I have tried to reproduce the scenario and change roles with the stakeholder, she becomes the boss and I have been her intern.

We have performed four situations:

1) The boss ask a task to the intern

2) Reviewing the task

3) The intern asks for more tasks

4 )The intern asks her boss for a steady job.

Page 12: Prototype test

WHAT WORKED

- Stakeholder's attitude has been great

WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED

- ALL, we have not been able to recreate the situations successfully.

QUESTIONS

It would be possible do it in a real situation? How a person can feel like another? Can we all be empathic persons? How could we get it?Could you become an empathic person?Do yo want to become an empathic person?

IDEAS

- it is needed more players to recreate scenarios. At leastthree people to be more realistic.

- Preferably testing face to face not online chatting

ReflectionWhat I have learnedAlthough i'm a person that used to work with abstract concepts and ideas I really impressed about how this method can bring the mind to new ideas and how it works to make you follow incredible roads and thinkings. Linking one idea to another infinitely and knowing that that infinite becomes better and better as continues.

What I would do next...I would review all my work and try to to spend more time on it, probably reframed the problem statement, it has been difficult keep mind fixed on it, because the ideas have not follow a linear road.
