Our design drafters utilize various cad software packages for complete project design. Cad designs include detailed panel layouts, custom steel structures, control schematics and point-to-point wiring diagrams.

We utilize an automated wiring program with AutoCAD E 2006 which reduces design and drafting time by 25-50%, and eliminate any potential wiring errors.We have capabilities to handle “hybrid” drawings containing scanned images with either tiff or cit formats.

Standardization is our key focus to streamline our processes, striving for quality design, drawing accuracy and total customer satisfaction.

Negotiation

Our Relay Service Engineering Group assists with negotiations and development of the bid proposal.

Design Engineering

Engineering finalizes design details and oversees the project from award through completion.

Relay panels are manufactured and assembled at our Coral Springs facility. Panels are installed and tested on-site by qualified ABB Relay Service personnel.

Existing panels are modified and retrofitted at the customer’s location. ABB replaces old troublesome relays with new microprocessor relays in the existing panels. In addition, we will provide the necessary engineering, documentation, relay settings and commissioning to meet our customer’s needs.

Maintenance Our Service Team will maintain all manufacturers’ relays (electromechanical, solid state and microprocessor) and provide complete test reports and schedules.

A Relay Assessment Program is available that will provide an analysis for relay reliability and will identify maintenance, repair and retrofit requirements.
