* Lots will be just empty spaces demarcated by lines on the floor. (Note: Upon exhibiting, all booths must be partitioned from neighboring lots with walls using system panels and such.)* Booths comprising of 8 or more lots will be arranged as “island booths.” * Booth allocation will be done by the Organizer, taking into consideration the exhibitors’ entry dates, contents of their exhibits, number of lots, requests, etc.

* Workshop entrees are limited to exhibitors of this event. * Audience must sign up to audit each session on the day of the session, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All audiences must leave the presentation site each time a session is over. * No fees are to be imposed on audience. * The exhibitor holding a workshop session is fully responsible for reception, presentation, MC, preparation and distribution of catalogs and other handouts for their session. * Timetable for the sessions will be decided by the Organizer falling upon the time-length requested by the workshop participants, the order of the entry dates, etc.
