Worth, Oakland, Philadelphia and Detroit Developed the on-line PHEN portal Recruited Black prostate cancer survivorsestablished the PHEN Survivor Network. In 2004, focused on establishing a model program in Boston Boston Initiatives PHEN DEVELOPED WORKING PARTNERSHIPS WITH: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and NBLIC Community Health Centers Churches and Community Organizations (retail, barbershops, etc.) Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Coalition Placed awareness posters within community partners facilities (30+ partners) Recruited Black prostate cancer survivors established the PHEN Survivor Network.
