    ACD means M&G Securities Limited,the Authorised Corporate Director ofM&G Investment Funds (1);_______________

    Act means the Capital Markets andServices Act 2007 as may be amendedfrom time to time;_______________

    Authorised Distributors refers toInstitutional Unit Trust Advisers (IUTA),Corporate Unit Trust Advisers (CUTA),Unit Trust Consultants (UTC), andthe Manager and any other entitiesauthorised by the Manager to marketand distribute the Funds;_______________

    BNM means Bank Negara Malaysia;________________

    Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Fundis determined by deducting the value ofall the Funds liabilities from the value

    Shareholder(s) means the holder ofone or more Shares of any class of anySub-fund in the Prospectus of the TargetFunds;

    Note 1: Up to 0.50% of the NAV per Unit is imposed on the redemption request made withinthree (3) months from the date of investment.

    The repurchase charge will be retained by the Manager.

    Note 2: Up to 0.50% of the NAV per Unit is imposed on the total switched amount or RM1,000;whichever is lower, on switches made within three (3) months from the date of investment ordate of switching into the Fund. In addition, an investor is required to pay a sales charge whereapplicable when switching into another fund. Investor will be charged the difference between thesales charges of these two (2) transacted funds. However, no sales charge will be imposed if thefund to be switched into has a lower sales charge.

    The switching fee will be retained by the Manager.

    Note 3: Investor is required to pay a sales charge, where applicable when switching intoanother fund. Investor will be charged the difference between the sales charges of these two (2)transacted funds.

    Switching from a Shariah-compliant fund to a conventional fund is not encouraged especially forMuslim Unit Holders.

    There is no transfer fee.

    Other charges of the Fund; for instance bank charges, telegraphic or online transfer charges andcourier charges shall be borne by the Unit Holder in order to execute transactions on behalf of theUnit Holder.

    Note 4: There is no double charging of the annual management fee on the Target Fund, as theFund invests in Class D shares of the Target Fund which does not impose any annual managementfee.

    Note 5: The Investment Manager of the Target Fund will rebate in full the annual managementfee into the Fund. Therefore, there will be no double charging of the annual management feeat the Fund.

    Minimum redemption - If the balance of Units in a Unit Holders account is less than theminimum redemption amount of the respective Funds after a redemption request is made, allUnits in the Fund will be redeemed automatically.

    There is no limit on the frequency of redemption.

    Cooling-off period - The period of six (6) Business Days from the date the Manager receivesduly completed transaction form - sell. A cooling-off right is only given to a qualified investor.No cooling-off period for the investment under EPF Members Investment Scheme. Please referto pages 272-273 for details.

    The Manager reserves the right to change the above stipulated amounts or quantity from timeto time.
