1.About cooling by Moisture Mist
This is a mist machine, which can do evaporative cooling in an extensive range of indoor and
outdoor with moist and soft fog.
The high quality evaporative cooling effect which Moisture Mist has is possible to cool not only the
outdoor, but also indoor use will lower the use of air conditioner and also reduce CO2.
It is able to be operated in 100 Volt and therefore, the mobile installation will be easy.
There are lots of actual use, start from bureaucracy like Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Environment,
Kitakyushu city, Kobe Waterworks Bureau, etc., there also Ueno Zoo, whole country’s highway, train
station, department store, events, etc.
It shows the effectiveness of large space cooling better than spot cooler or electric fan.
2.Moisture Mist
There are 2 types of Moisture Mist, which we will mention its ability below.
It is a system, which deliver increased pressured water to the Moisture Mist unit with dedicated
plunger pump in order to generate mist, and then diffuse spray in a straight line with the axial flow
fan.

3.Moisture Mist Fundamental
In order to create the average particle size of 12 m mist with 1 flow operation , we have developed our own original nozzle. The made-in-μceramic nozzle tip comes with a spray method, which spray water pressure 9.8Mpa from 0.1mm diameter of aperture. Each nozzle’s spray
volume is 50cc/min; and it comes with unique construction, which can diffuse above 70 degree of spray angle.
The dedicated plunger pump’s discharge rate is low and it supplies high-pressured water to the nozzle. Moisture Mist is integrated with blower;
while diffuse the mist that sprayed from nozzle in a linear way to the distant, it also send cool breeze that have been through evaporative

5.Cooling Effect
Below is the display of change of temperature in with case when received the mist in most effective position
with thermograph.
Before spray thermography 35.1℃ After spray thermography 29.9℃
(Before) 35.1℃ → (After) 29.9℃ -5.5℃(Temperature lowered)
The picture above shows the change of temperature after using Moisture Mist. We can confirm that the
temperature of surface which being hit by the mist is lowered.
We cannot put the room temperature constantly, but the temperature around the room is lowered.
6.Implementation Example
Implementation example of cooling field by Moisture Mist.

7.Performance measurement of concourse cooling
The result of cooling effect test in the train station concourse.
1) Condition of Moisture Mist placement
Spray from 2 unit of MM12-SF from the front of escalator to the direction of concourse near the ticket-
selling counter
Place 2 units of Moisture Mist Unit look from behind
2)Measurement position
We have tested the temperature and humidity in the middle of concourse near of the ticket-selling
counter.
About 15 meter from the Moisture Mist position.
Before use Temperature 30.3℃
Humidity 58.4%
5 minutes after useTemperature 27.0℃
Humidity 69.3%
(Before) 30.3℃ → (After use) 27.0℃ -3.3℃ (Temperature lowered)
Moisture Mist is able to raise the cooling effect which cooler or spot cooler cannot do.
8.Recommendation
We recommend you to use the cool breeze cooling of Moisture Mist.
Because of its natural coolness which, has humidity, it will not burden your body; just like a cooler
that is friendly to our body.
The use of multiple units can lower the surrounding temperature.
